Return Policy
At Partsyx.com, we strive for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. To qualify, we must receive the merchandise back within 30 days of delivery.
Returns are separate from warranty. Warranty claims are replacement only, or store credit if replacement is unavailable. No cash refunds under warranty.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If a part arrives damaged on arrival or incorrect, it is considered a return, and you must notify us within 7 days of delivery. The part must then be returned and received by us within 30 days of delivery. Our 1-year warranty is not a 1-year return policy.
Return Instructions
DO NOT send merchandise back without notifying us first.
DO NOT return the item to the address on the original packaging.
Contact us for return instructions before shipping the item back.
Returns sent without authorization may be refused.
Items must be returned in the same condition and configuration as received, with all included components.
Return Shipping and Fees
If you decide you no longer want the item, ordered the wrong item, or purchased it in error:

If we made an error or the item is confirmed as damaged on arrival or incorrect item shipped, return shipping may be covered by us after review and approval. We may request photographs and documentation to verify the issue.
Returned items must be in the exact condition in which they were received, unaltered, unmodified, and not disassembled, and must include all accessories or included items.
Shipping and Handling of Returns
You are responsible for ensuring the item is properly packaged according to the shipping carrier’s requirements.
Do not refuse the package or return to sender. The return address is different from the package origin. Refused shipments can cause delays and may result in additional shipping charges and applicable fees. Refused shipments are treated as buyer’s remorse returns and are subject to return shipping and the 20% restocking fee.
Incorrect Items Received
If you receive an item different from what you ordered, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide return instructions and ship a replacement at our expense once the return is in transit or received, depending on the case.
If a replacement is unavailable, a refund may be issued after the return is received and inspected.
Parts Only
Refunds apply to eligible returns only. Warranty remedies do not include cash refunds. Labor, diagnostic fees, towing, programming, fluids, rentals, downtime, and other related costs are not refundable.
Damaged Shipments
If your package is damaged upon arrival, you must contact us within 7 days. We require photographs of the damaged part and packaging to file a damage claim with the carrier.
Refund Processing
Returns are processed in the order received. Once received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days. Please check with your card issuer for the exact refund timing.
Order Cancellations
Cancellation requests made after 2 hours of placing an order may be subject to a 20% restocking fee if the order must be returned. If a cancellation request is unsuccessful and the part ships, you must follow the standard return process. If you attempted to cancel but the order shipped, you are required to return the item to the provided return address for a refund, if eligible.

Important Notes on Returns
If a package arrives damaged, you must contact us within 7 days. Failure to do so may prevent us from filing a carrier claim and may impact return eligibility.
Items must be in resellable condition unless they are confirmed as damaged on arrival or an incorrect item shipped. Items must be returned with original packaging when applicable, including all accessories or included items.
If your return does not qualify for a refund, we will notify you by email. You will have 30 days to arrange for the item to be shipped back to you at your expense. If arrangements are not made within this timeframe, the item may be disposed of at our discretion.
