About Partsyx and our parts
What does Partsyx sell?
Partsyx sells used Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) auto parts — body panels, lighting, mirrors, interior components, electronic modules, ABS pumps, transfer cases, differentials, wheels, and other replacement components for cars and trucks. Every part is a genuine manufacturer component pulled from a donor vehicle. We do not sell new parts, reproductions, or aftermarket parts.
What does "OEM" mean?
Original Equipment Manufacturer — the same part the automaker installed when the vehicle was built. An OEM Toyota mirror was made for Toyota by Toyota's supplier. "Aftermarket" means a third-party copy of that part, which we do not sell.
Are these parts new?
No. All Partsyx parts are used. They were removed from donor vehicles, logged, and made available for resale. Used OEM parts may show cosmetic wear, surface marks, or signs of previous installation. We photograph each part in its actual condition before listing.
How do you confirm a part is what it says it is?
At intake, each part is visually checked against the original manufacturer part number, photographed, and assigned an inventory ID. We do not perform performance or dyno testing — fitment confirmation by VIN is the buyer's responsibility before ordering.
Fitment
How do I know a part will fit my vehicle?
Year/make/model compatibility on each listing is a reference, not a guarantee. The reliable way to confirm fitment is to send us your VIN before ordering, or compare the part number stamped on your original part to the part number on the listing. Text or call 305-741-2461 with your VIN and we will confirm fitment before you buy.
What if my vehicle has been modified?
We confirm fitment for stock vehicles. If your vehicle has aftermarket modifications, prior repairs that changed the OEM configuration, or non-OEM components installed, fitment confirmation is your responsibility, and warranty coverage may be denied if a failure is caused by those modifications.
Warranty
What warranty comes with the parts?
Every part includes a 1-year unlimited-mileage warranty against functional failure caused by a defect, beginning on the delivery date. Full terms are on our Warranty Policy page.
Are there exceptions?
Yes. Parts installed on a commercial, fleet, ride-share, delivery, or other for-hire vehicle are covered for 90 days from delivery instead of 1 year. The warranty covers the part only — labor, towing, diagnostic fees, programming, fluids, rental cars, downtime, and any incidental costs are not covered.
Who needs to install the part for the warranty to apply?
The part must be installed by an ASE-certified mechanic at an ASE-certified repair facility within 30 days of delivery, and the installation must be documented on the shop's letterhead. Self-installed parts and parts installed by non-ASE shops are not covered.
How do I file a warranty claim?
Email support@partsyx.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We'll respond within 2 business days with a claim number and the documentation we need (installation invoice, diagnostic report from the installing shop, photos and video of the failure). Returns
Can I return a part?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery. Returns require prior written authorization (an RMA) — email support@partsyx.com to start a return.
Are returns free?
No. Please read this carefully before ordering:
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
- Cash refunds are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Store credit refunds have no restocking fee, and we issue store credit at 110% of the eligible refund amount (a 10% bonus). Store credit never expires.

What if the part arrives damaged?
Notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged part, the shipping box and any exterior damage, the shipping label, and the internal packaging. Approved damaged-on-arrival claims are resolved by replacement, store credit, or cash refund.
What if the part doesn't fit?
Returns for fitment issues are accepted within the 30-day window with an RMA, subject to the standard return terms above. We strongly recommend confirming fitment by VIN before ordering to avoid the restocking fee and return-shipping cost.
What can't be returned?
- Parts that have been installed, modified, disassembled, or altered
- Electrical modules (PCM, ECM, BCM, TCM, etc.) once programmed
- Items with broken seals or removed/damaged identifying labels
- Fluid-containing parts returned without their original fluid or with contamination
- Special-order, custom-sourced, or drop-shipped parts marked "Final Sale" at purchase

Shipping
Where does Partsyx ship?
All 50 United States and the District of Columbia. We do not currently ship to Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, or international destinations.
How much is shipping?
Free on all orders. No surcharges, no handling fees, no oversize fees on standard freight.
How long does shipping take?
3–7 business days for standard shipping. Orders are processed in 1–2 business days, and transit is typically 2–5 business days from there.
Who do you ship with?
UPS, FedEx, or USPS, depending on the size and destination of your order.
What about large freight items?
Larger items (transfer cases, axle assemblies, certain body panels) may ship via commercial freight. If your delivery address cannot accept a freight truck, we'll contact you after the order to arrange terminal pickup at the nearest carrier location or to discuss alternative delivery.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. You'll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Orders and payment
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Is payment secure?
Yes. Checkout is encrypted with SSL and processed through Shopify's PCI-compliant payment gateway. We never see or store your full card number.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
You can cancel within 2 hours of placing the order, provided it has not entered fulfillment. After 2 hours, or once an order has been picked, packed, or shipped, it cannot be cancelled and is subject to the standard return policy. Email support@partsyx.com as soon as possible if you need to make a change.
Will I be charged sales tax?
Tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable state and local laws.

Who is Partsyx?
Partsyx is operated by Partsyx LLC, a Florida limited liability company based in Boynton Beach, FL. We specialize in used OEM auto parts and we ship from Florida.
Are you affiliated with the automakers whose parts you sell?
No. Partsyx is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any vehicle manufacturer. We sell genuine OEM parts pulled from donor vehicles, but all brand names, trademarks, and logos belong to their respective owners and are referenced for fitment identification only.
Do you offer wholesale or fleet accounts?
Yes. Email support@partsyx.com with your shop name and what you typically need, and we'll set you up.
