At Partsyx, we are committed to providing a clear and reliable shipping experience. This Shipping Policy explains our shipping availability, order processing times, and estimated delivery timelines for all orders.

Standard Shipping — FREE

  • Cost: Free on all orders
  • Delivery time: 3–7 business days for the contiguous United States; 5–10 business days for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories
  • Coverage: All United States addresses, including all 50 states, Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories

Sales Tax

Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable state and local laws.

Order Processing

Order Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday)
Transit Time: 2–5 business days for the contiguous U.S. standard shipping; 4–8 business days for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories
Order Cut-off: 12:00 PM Eastern Time. Orders placed before the cut-off are processed the same business day. Orders placed after the cut-off or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day.

Total estimated delivery: 3–7 business days for the contiguous United States; 5–10 business days for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories.

Carriers

We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS, depending on the size and destination of your order.

Order Tracking

You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. You can check the status of your delivery at any time using this tracking number.

Oversize and Freight Items

Larger items (such as transfer cases, axle assemblies, and certain body panels) may ship via commercial freight. A commercial address accessible by truck and equipped with unloading equipment may be required for these items. If your delivery address does not meet freight requirements, we will contact you after purchase to either arrange terminal pickup at the nearest carrier location or to discuss alternative arrangements.

Order Cancellations

Your card is not charged until your order ships. If we are unable to fulfill an order to your delivery address for any reason, we will contact you to discuss options before any charge is made.

Delays and Exceptions

We do our best to ensure on-time delivery, but please be advised that unforeseen events such as inclement weather, carrier disruptions, or natural disasters can cause delays. If there are any major delays with your order, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Shipping Availability

Partsyx ships to all United States addresses, including all 50 states, Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories. We do not currently ship to international destinations outside of the United States.

Wrong Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the item.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date or receipt. Please see our Return and Refund Policy for full details on damaged or incorrect item claims.
