Welcome to Partsyx. This website is operated by Partsyx (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from https://partsyx.com (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the “Terms”), including all additional policies referenced herein. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Site or place an order.
These Terms are a legal contract between you and Partsyx. Please read them carefully.
SECTION 1 — ELIGIBILITY AND ONLINE STORE TERMS
By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your state of residence, and that you have legal authority to enter into this agreement.
You agree not to use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, and not to violate any applicable law in your jurisdiction. You must not transmit any malware, viruses, or destructive code to or through the Site. Any breach of these Terms entitles Partsyx to immediate termination of your access to our services without notice.
SECTION 2 — PRODUCTS, DESCRIPTIONS, AND FITMENT
Partsyx sells used Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) auto parts. While we make every reasonable effort to accurately describe each part, small variations in color, appearance, minor wear, and cosmetic condition are normal for used parts and are not grounds for a refund unless the variation materially affects fit or function.
Fitment is the customer’s responsibility. Year, make, and model compatibility provided on product listings is for reference only. Before placing an order, you are responsible for confirming that the part you are purchasing is compatible with your vehicle by:
- Comparing the part number on your existing part to the part number listed
- Providing us with your Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) by phone or email before ordering
- Consulting with a qualified mechanic
Partsyx is not responsible for parts that fit the vehicle listed but do not function with customer-installed aftermarket components, prior modifications, or non-OEM configurations. Orders placed without fitment confirmation are placed at the customer’s own risk.
SECTION 3 — PRICING, PAYMENT, AND ORDER ACCEPTANCE
All prices on the Site are listed in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without notice until an order is confirmed. We reserve the right to:
- Correct typographical or pricing errors, including after an order is placed
- Refuse or cancel any order for any reason at our sole discretion
- Limit quantities per customer, per household, or per order
- Cancel or refuse orders that appear to be placed for resale or commercial distribution
Payment is processed at the time of order placement. If we cancel an order, we will refund any amount charged. We are not liable for any damages resulting from order cancellation, price correction, or product unavailability.
SECTION 4 — SHIPPING, RISK OF LOSS, AND DELIVERY
Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier. Partsyx is not liable for delays caused by carrier, weather, customs, or any cause outside our direct control.

SECTION 5 — RETURNS AND REFUNDS
All returns are subject to our Return and Refund Policy. Key terms include a 30-day return window, a 20% restocking fee on cash refunds, customer responsibility for return shipping, and a requirement for written return authorization before any merchandise is sent back.
SECTION 6 — WARRANTY
Parts sold by Partsyx come with a limited 1-year parts warranty as described in our Warranty Policy. Warranty remedies are limited to replacement or store credit only. Cash refunds are not issued under warranty. Warranty does not cover labor, diagnostic fees, towing, programming, fluids, rentals, downtime, incidental damages, or any consequential damages of any kind.
SECTION 7 — INSTALLATION COSTS AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
Partsyx is not responsible for installation costs, labor, diagnostic charges, towing, programming, fluid replacement, rental car expenses, lost wages, downtime, or any consequential, incidental, punitive, or special damages arising from the use, installation, or failure of any product sold. Our maximum liability for any claim is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product at issue.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that auto parts should be installed by a qualified professional mechanic, and that any costs associated with installation or removal are your sole responsibility.
SECTION 8 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, product images, trademarks, and the overall design — is the property of Partsyx or its licensors and is protected by U.S. copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or exploit any content from the Site without our prior written permission.
SECTION 9 — THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND TOOLS
The Site may contain links or references to third-party websites, products, or services. Partsyx does not endorse or control third parties and is not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or products.
SECTION 10 — PROHIBITED USES
You may not use the Site to:
- Engage in any unlawful or fraudulent activity
- Harass, threaten, or defame any person
- Upload malicious code
- Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data
- Interfere with the Site’s security or functionality
- Resell or redistribute our products for commercial gain without our written authorization
- Use the Site in any manner that could disable, overburden, or impair our servers
SECTION 11 — DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN OUR WARRANTY POLICY, ALL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. PARTSYX DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
Partsyx does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.
SECTION 12 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
IN NO EVENT SHALL PARTSYX, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF DATA, OR COST OF REPLACEMENT) ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PRODUCTS, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
PARTSYX’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE PRODUCT OR SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
Some jurisdictions do not permit certain limitations on implied warranties or liability, in which case our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
SECTION 13 — INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Partsyx and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from any claim, liability, loss, damage, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law or third-party right, or your misuse of any product purchased from us.
SECTION 14 — MANDATORY ARBITRATION AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or any products purchased from Partsyx shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall take place in Palm Beach County, Florida.
YOU AND PARTSYX AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. Class actions and class arbitrations are expressly waived.
If any part of this Section 14 is found unenforceable, the remainder of the Terms shall remain in effect. This Section survives termination of your relationship with Partsyx.
SECTION 15 — GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE
These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Subject to the mandatory arbitration clause above, you agree that any legal action permitted by law shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida.
SECTION 16 — COMPLIANCE WITH U.S. CONSUMER PROTECTION LAW
Partsyx is committed to full compliance with applicable federal and state consumer protection laws in the United States, including:
- The Federal Trade Commission Act and FTC guidelines on advertising, pricing, and disclosures
- The Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act
- The Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule (16 CFR Part 435)
- Applicable state consumer protection statutes
- The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) as it pertains to online accessibility
SECTION 17 — ADVERTISING AND PRICING TRANSPARENCY
We are committed to accurate and transparent pricing and advertising. All prices displayed reflect actual selling prices. Any discounts or promotions will have clearly disclosed start and end dates, and any reference prices represent bona fide original selling prices. Product condition, fitment, warranty, return, and shipping terms are accurately disclosed on each product page and in our policies.
SECTION 18 — THIRD-PARTY MARKETPLACE AND ADVERTISING PLATFORM COMPLIANCE
Partsyx complies with the policies of all third-party marketplaces and advertising platforms on which our products may be listed, including Google Shopping, Google Merchant Center, and other comparable services. We commit to maintaining accurate product data, transparent business identity, honest representation of product condition (used, OEM), and accurate policy disclosures that match between our website and any third-party feed.
SECTION 19 — ACCESSIBILITY
We are committed to making our website accessible to all users, including those with disabilities. We work to maintain compliance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. If you encounter an accessibility issue, please contact us at support@partsyx.com.
SECTION 20 — SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforceable to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
SECTION 21 — ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and Warranty Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Partsyx regarding the use of the Site and your purchases, superseding any prior agreements, whether written or oral.
SECTION 22 — CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
Partsyx reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
