Accepted payment methods
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Currency
All transactions are processed in U.S. dollars (USD).
Payment security
Checkout is encrypted with SSL and processed through Shopify's PCI-DSS compliant payment platform. Partsyx does not see or store your full card number.
When your card is charged
Your card is authorized at checkout and charged when your order ships. If we cannot fulfill an order, the authorization is released by your bank.
Order confirmation
You will receive an email order confirmation immediately after checkout. If there is a problem processing your payment, we will email you at the address on file.
Billing information
Please make sure the billing address tied to your card and the shipping address on your order are correct. Incorrect billing details can cause your bank to decline the charge.
Disputes
If you have a problem with a charge, email support@partsyx.com first — most issues are resolved within 2 business days. Chargebacks filed through your bank without first contacting us are handled under the Chargebacks section of our Refund Policy.
