In order to start processing your order as soon as possible, we take every precaution. Every order is processed after it is placed.

Order cut-off time, transit, and processing:

Transit Time: 2–5 business days (Monday Friday)
Eastern Standard Time is the order closing time. If an order is placed before 12:00 pm, it will be processed the same day.

Delivery is expected to occur within 3–7 business days.

Monitoring Orders
You will receive an email as soon as your order ships with your tracking number. You can check the status of your delivery by using this number.

Exceptions and Delays
We try our best to ensure on-time delivery, but please be advised that unforeseen events like inclement weather or strikes can cause delays. If there are any major delays, you will be informed as soon as possible.

Return Policy
At Partsyx.com, we strive for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. To qualify, we must receive the merchandise back within 30 days of delivery.

Returns are separate from warranty. Warranty claims are replacement only, or store credit if replacement is unavailable. No cash refunds under warranty.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If a part arrives damaged on arrival or incorrect, it is considered a return, and you must notify us within 7 days of delivery. The part must then be returned and received by us within 30 days of delivery. Our 1-year warranty is not a 1-year return policy.

Return Instructions
DO NOT send merchandise back without notifying us first.
DO NOT return the item to the address on the original packaging.
Contact us for return instructions before shipping the item back.
Returns sent without authorization may be refused.
Items must be returned in the same condition and configuration as received, with all included components.

Return Shipping and Fees
If you decide you no longer want the item, ordered the wrong item, or purchased it in error:

  • You are responsible for return shipping

  • A 20% restocking fee applies

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

If we made an error or the item is confirmed as damaged on arrival or incorrect item shipped, return shipping may be covered by us after review and approval. We may request photographs and documentation to verify the issue.

Returned items must be in the exact condition in which they were received, unaltered, unmodified, and not disassembled, and must include all accessories or included items.

Shipping and Handling of Returns
You are responsible for ensuring the item is properly packaged according to the shipping carrier’s requirements.

Do not refuse the package or return to sender. The return address is different from the package origin. Refused shipments can cause delays and may result in additional shipping charges and applicable fees. Refused shipments are treated as buyer’s remorse returns and are subject to return shipping and the 20% restocking fee.

Incorrect Items Received
If you receive an item different from what you ordered, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide return instructions and ship a replacement at our expense once the return is in transit or received, depending on the case.

If a replacement is unavailable, a refund may be issued after the return is received and inspected.

Parts Only
Refunds apply to eligible returns only. Warranty remedies do not include cash refunds. Labor, diagnostic fees, towing, programming, fluids, rentals, downtime, and other related costs are not refundable.

Damaged Shipments
If your package is damaged upon arrival, you must contact us within 7 days. We require photographs of the damaged part and packaging to file a damage claim with the carrier.

Refund Processing
Returns are processed in the order received. Once received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days. Please check with your card issuer for the exact refund timing.

Order Cancellations
Cancellation requests made after 2 hours of placing an order may be subject to a 20% restocking fee if the order must be returned. If a cancellation request is unsuccessful and the part ships, you must follow the standard return process. If you attempted to cancel but the order shipped, you are required to return the item to the provided return address for a refund, if eligible.

Important Notes on Returns
If a package arrives damaged, you must contact us within 7 days. Failure to do so may prevent us from filing a carrier claim and may impact return eligibility.

Items must be in resellable condition unless they are confirmed as damaged on arrival or an incorrect item shipped. Items must be returned with original packaging when applicable, including all accessories or included items.

If your return does not qualify for a refund, we will notify you by email. You will have 30 days to arrange for the item to be shipped back to you at your expense. If arrangements are not made within this timeframe, the item may be disposed of at our discretion.

Warranty Policy

Warranty Coverage Overview

We sell used OEM auto parts. Warranty coverage is limited to the original purchaser only, is non-transferable, and applies only while you still own the vehicle the part was installed on.

Important: Warranty is separate from our Returns and Refunds Policy. Warranty coverage does not mean returns are accepted.


Warranty Periods

1-Year Limited Warranty, Most Parts

Most parts are covered for 1 year from the delivery date.

90-Day Limited Warranty, Engines and Transmissions

Engine and transmission assemblies are covered for 90 days from the delivery date. This includes:

  • Long blocks and complete engines

  • Automatic and manual transmission assemblies

  • Transfer cases (if sold as a drivetrain assembly)

Commercial, Fleet, For-Hire Use

Any part installed on a commercial, fleet, or for-hire vehicle is covered for 90 days from the delivery date, regardless of part type.


Warranty Remedy, Replacement Only

If a claim is approved, the remedy is replacement of the part only. If an identical replacement is unavailable, store credit up to the part purchase price will be issued. No cash refunds under warranty.

Labor is not covered. We do not cover diagnostic fees, towing, fluids, programming, rentals, downtime, or any incidental or consequential costs.


What This Warranty Covers

This warranty covers a part that fails due to a defect that occurs after proper installation and normal use, within the warranty period.


What Is Not Covered

Warranty coverage is denied for any of the following:

  • Improper installation, incorrect fitment selection, misuse, accidents, abuse, neglect, alteration, or modification

  • Racing, off-road use, tuning, performance upgrades, or non-OEM conversions

  • Overheating, oil starvation, contamination, incorrect fluids, low-fluid operation, improper bleeding, improper programming, or incorrect torque procedures

  • Damage from fire, theft, weather, impact, corrosion, water intrusion, or environmental exposure

  • Continuing to operate the vehicle after symptoms begin or after failure is suspected

  • Pre-existing vehicle issues or external causes unrelated to the part, including electrical faults, wiring issues, sensors, control modules, cooling system issues, drivetrain mounts, or other vehicle systems

  • Shipping damage, mishandling, or improper storage after delivery

  • Normal wear items and maintenance items unless explicitly stated in writing at time of sale


Installation and Qualification Requirements

To qualify for warranty coverage:

  1. Installation must be completed within 30 days of delivery.

  2. Installation must be performed by a licensed repair facility.

  3. The vehicle must be properly diagnosed, and the failure must be documented as a part defect.

  4. You must stop operating the vehicle if symptoms of failure occur and prevent additional damage.

If these requirements are not met, the warranty claim will be denied.


Claim Deadline

You must submit a warranty claim within 30 days of first noticing the issue. Claims submitted after this notice window are denied.


Required Documentation

To open a claim, all items below are required:

  1. Order number

  2. Proof of delivery

  3. Installation invoice showing:

    • Shop name, address, phone number

    • Vehicle year, make, model, VIN

    • Installation date and mileage at install

  4. Diagnostic report from the installing facility including:

    • Symptoms

    • Diagnostic steps taken

    • Supporting fault codes or measurements

  5. Photos and videos clearly showing:

    • The part installed in the vehicle

    • The failure condition

We may request additional proof including scan-tool screenshots, pressure tests, voltage readings, or other verification.


Engines and Transmissions, Additional Requirements

For engine and transmission claims, we may require additional proof including:

  • Fluid condition photos

  • Proof of correct fluids used

  • Compression or leak-down testing when applicable

  • Line pressure testing when applicable

  • Video evidence at cold start and operating temperature

Claims may be denied if evidence suggests overheating, low fluid, contamination, improper programming, incorrect torque procedures, or external vehicle issues.


Return of Part and Inspection

Approved claims require the part to be returned for inspection unless we approve an exception in writing.

  • Do not discard the part. Discarded parts are not eligible.

  • Returned parts must be complete and in the same configuration as delivered, with all included components returned.

  • If inspection shows a non-warranty cause, the claim is denied. If denied, the part may be returned at customer expense.


Shipping Under Warranty

Customer is responsible for shipping the part back to us for inspection unless we provide written authorization stating otherwise. Outbound shipping for a warranty replacement may be covered at our discretion.
