The rep I spoke with was very knowledgeable and helpful. Kept me in the loop about shipping etc. My only concern was the shipping packaging…..well wrapped in bubble wrap ( that was fine) except the spline end poked through the bubble wrap exposing it to abrasion for I don’t know how long.
The part had not yet been installed but I am hoping for the best.
